Radish Salad

If you have hardboiled eggs onhand, the "20 minutes" stands. DH loves radishes, and this is just delish! enjoy. I made the dressing a few days before.
Ingredients
- Dressing: shopping list
- salt/pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 1/2 Table. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 3 Table. evoo shopping list
- 1 1/2 pistachio oil (I subbed ground pistachios, 2 tsp. and added 1 more Table. evoo) shopping list
- 1 scallion, finely cut shopping list
- 1 1/2 Table. parsley, dill, chives shopping list
- The Salad: shopping list
- 2 cups mesclun shopping list
- 2 bunches radishes, diced shopping list
- 2 hardboiled eggs, crumble finely shopping list
- 1 red apple (Gala, honey Crisp) I subbed macintosh. shopping list
- 1 avocado, diced drizzled with lemon juice shopping list
- serve immediately. shopping list
How to make it
- Make the dressing; let it chill, and combine/develop flavors.
- Toss all the ingredients together, and eat with gusto!
