How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 300.
  • 2. Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix flour, salt and soda.
  • 3. Add eggs, on at a time to butter/sugar mixture.
  • 4. Alternately add buttermilk and flour mixture to butter/sugar mixture. Mix well.
  • 5. Fold in coconut, candy and nuts last.
  • 6. Pour into a well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 300 for one hour or more.
  • 7. Make glaze from frozen orange juice and Ten-X sugar.
  • 8. Pour over hot cake.
