How to make it

  • 1. Grease a 13X9 inch pan. Cook sausage and drain.
  • 2. Stir together sausage, potatoes, and 1 ½ cups of cheddar. Pour in baking dish.
  • 3. Stir Bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs until blended. Pour into baking dish.
  • 4. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
  • 5. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
