How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place the pizza crust on a large pizza pan or baking sheet.
  • Spread crust evenly with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with fontina cheese.
  • Sprinkle evenly with the scallions or leeks.
  • Sprinkle evenly with the tomatoes and thyme.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake pizza until crust is golden and cheese is melted, 12-15 minutes.
  • Cool on pan for 5 minutes or else the cheese will run off when you try to cut it.
  • Cut into wedges, triangles, squares or just slice it like a pizza! The shape doesn't matter....they are good!!!
