Chicken Breasts With Grand Marnier Recipe
This is soooooo good! The original recipe was another wedding dish I had, but the chicken breast was cut into pieces and served with a rice pilaf. It is impressive.

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/ cup frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
  • 2-3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, straight from the carton, no pulp

Directions
  1. In a shallow pan, mix 2 tablespoons flour,pepper, paprika and garlic salt.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with the flour mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, saute the chicken breasts in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until the outside is brown.
  4. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish or casserole dish.
  5. For the sauce:
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter, dijon mustard, orange juice concentrate, Grand Marnier, and white wine.
  7. Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons orange juice.
  9. Cook until mixture is slightly thickened and smooth.
  10. Pour over chicken breasts.
  11. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
