Chicken Breasts with Grand Marnier

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/ cup frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoons Grand Marnier shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons orange juice, straight from the carton, no pulp shopping list
How to make it
- In a shallow pan, mix 2 tablespoons flour,pepper, paprika and garlic salt.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, saute the chicken breasts in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until the outside is brown.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish or casserole dish.
- For the sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter, dijon mustard, orange juice concentrate, Grand Marnier, and white wine.
- Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons orange juice.
- Cook until mixture is slightly thickened and smooth.
- Pour over chicken breasts.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
