Spinach Tortilla Spirals With Cheese

- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 package of spinach shopping list
- herbs to taste shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- 200 grams of cheese port salut shopping list
- 2 tablespoons margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Preparation: Wash the spinach, chop them into fine julienne, beat eggs with sea salt and herbs, add spinach and mix well.
- Heat a nonstick pan and to place a tablespoon of margarine, melted and add the beaten.
- Cook on one side, and unmold the pan putting on another tablespoon of margarine and cook the tortillas on the other side. Unmold and let cool.
- Cut strips of 3 inches wide also cut the cheese into thin strips and 3 inches wide. Place cheese over the tortilla and roll strip, pierced with a toothpick.
