How to make it

  • Preparation: Wash the spinach, chop them into fine julienne, beat eggs with sea salt and herbs, add spinach and mix well.
  • Heat a nonstick pan and to place a tablespoon of margarine, melted and add the beaten.
  • Cook on one side, and unmold the pan putting on another tablespoon of margarine and cook the tortillas on the other side. Unmold and let cool.
  • Cut strips of 3 inches wide also cut the cheese into thin strips and 3 inches wide. Place cheese over the tortilla and roll strip, pierced with a toothpick.
