How to make it
- Fry smoked fish quickly, set aside............. then flake it
- Saute onion and fish for 30 seconds
- Add fish sauce and oyster sauce
- Add rice and egg, saute it very well until mixed thoroughly.
- In a low fire. Wait until it's hot.
- Remove from heat. Serve. . . . .
