Quick Tomato Soup

- cabbage - sauteed shopping list
- tomatoes- can be from the can, mashed shopping list
- pesto- to your taste shopping list
How to make it
- Sautee whatever veggies you want to put into this soup if you want any in a medium sauce pan. I used leftover cabbage from Saint Patrick's Day.
- Then put in your tomatoes, fresh or canned, chopping or mashing to your preferred consistency. I used canned because they had been on sale.
- Next put in as much pesto as you like. I used about half of one of those small jars.
- Lastly, season as you like, maybe some pepper, garlic powder, or whatever your family likes.
- Heat and eat!!
