Soy Burger

- 1kg of dried soy shopping list
- a sprig of parsley shopping list
- 1 tbsp cumin shopping list
- 1 tbsp of wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 2 garlics shopping list
- 2 tbsp dried yeast shopping list
- curry shopping list
- white pepper shopping list
- 4 rusks shopping list
- 2 tbsp paprika shopping list
- 1 sprig of sage shopping list
- a pinch of peppergrass shopping list
- a pinch of nutmeg shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp of savory shopping list
- a sprig of thyme shopping list
- 1 tbsp of oregano shopping list
- 3 tbps of chickpea flour shopping list
- 3 tbsp of sesame shopping list
How to make it
- Put the soy previously cooked, parsley, cumin, wine vinegar, soy sauce, onion and garlics and mix with the blender.
- Do the dough in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
- Make little balls and mash it.
- Cook in hot oven for 20' at 220°C.
