How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat a couple teaspoons olive oil over med heat.
  • Add chicken and garlic and saute over medium heat until no longer pink.
  • Stir in the butter
  • Stir in chicken broth and bring to a low boil.
  • Whisk together the flour and water in a small bowl,add to chicken.
  • Stir in sour cream and half and half, lower heat and cook a couple of minutes over med/low heat
  • Season with garlic salt, onion salt, pepper and salt.
  • Stir in 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese
  • Sprinkle in parsley.
  • Spoon a little of the mixture on the bottom of a large casserole dish or lasagna baking dish
  • Place three noodles on top of sauce.
  • Spoon 1/5 of the mixture over noodles.
  • Top with 1/3 of the Cheddar cheese
  • Top with another layer of noodles
  • Spoon 1/5 of the mixture over the noodles
  • Top with 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese
  • Continue layering alternating cheeses
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and all cheese is melted.
