Tangerine Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1. Put sugar, syrup, water & tangerine peel in a small sauce pan.
  • 2. Heat slowly until sugar is dissolved
  • 3. Stir in juice
  • 4. Cool & chill mixture
  • (step 4 do, unless you have an ice cream maker that you can put in hot)
  • 5. Pour chilled mixture into ice cream machine.
