How to make it

  • Drain two cans of tuna well. Small dice the celery, I usually leave in a few leaves. Slice the onions. Seed and chop the tomato. Macerate the parsley.
  • In a separate bowl mix the mustard, mayonnaise, and parsley. When well stirred pour over tuna and veggies toss and let chill for at least 2 hours. Server over fresh greens.

    You made my day by adding the olives. Yum. And mustard with tuna is quite good. I was put off until I tried it and now I love it. I have to add tuna to the shopping list.
