Chicken Mushroom Casserole

- 1 6-ounce package long grain and wild rice shopping list
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken shopping list
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 10 3/4-ounce can of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup of milk shopping list
- 1 4 1/4-ounce can chopped black olives, drained shopping list
- 2 cups grated cheddar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Butter 3-quart baking dish
- Spread rice evenly in bottom of dish
- Top with chicken
- Sprinkle with mushrooms
- Combine mushroom soup and milk and pour over top
- Add layer of olives
- Top with cheese
- (Optional) Sprinkle with almonds
- Bake until heated through, about 45 minutes
- Can be prepared in individual servings and frozen. Thaw and reheat in low oven heat.
