Breakfast Granola

- 2 cups oats shopping list
- 1 cup slivered almonds shopping list
- I cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 stick of butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix Oats, almonds, cranberries, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Cook butter and honey over low heat on stove until melted, add brown sugar and vanilla, stir ingredients together then add into oat mixture stir until blended. Oil large baking pan, Bake 400 degrees for 10-12 mins. Make sure doesn't burn, that last minute is vital in making sure its not overly baked. Sprinkle flaked coconut over granola while still hot in the pan.
