Black Bean Gaucomole

Unbelievably good, a must try for those who love black beans and avocados. I used the basic recipe but post the entire recipe. I simply left out the pineapple but it would add some sweetness and color to the recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados shopping list
- 1/4 cup green salsa shopping list
- 1 Tbs sour cream shopping list
- 1 Tbs lime juice shopping list
- Minced garlic to taste shopping list
- 1/4 each cumin and salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup rinsed black beans, I used one cup shopping list
- 2 Tbs minced red onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped pineapple or crushed pineapple drained ( I made this optional ) shopping list
- 2 Tbs chopped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Mash avocados with lime juice
- Mix in remaining ingredients
- Serve with Totilla chips
