Easy Summer Peach Pie Recipe
This dish gets raves. It is so simple and because the peaches are so good this time of year you will want to make this every nite!

Ingredients
  • Pre-baked pie crust 9"
  • 8-10 Freestone or Cling peaches, fresh and sliced
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite jam, slightly warmed (I used homemade Apricot)
  • Cool whip or whipped cream topping, if desired

Directions
  1. Place sliced peaches in pie shell
  2. Drizzle the melted jam over the peaches
  3. Chill for about an hour and serve.
  4. Makes 6 generous servings.
  5. Enjoy on a hot summer evening!
