Linda's Shortcut Minestroni Soup

- 4 16 oz cans beef broth shopping list
- 2 14 ounce cans diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 12 or 16 oz bag frozen soup vegetables shopping list
- 1 lb cooked and drained crumbled italian sausage (sweet or hot, I like it hot!) shopping list
- 1/2 bag cole slaw mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 quart tomato juice shopping list
- 1 tsp italian seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 tsp basil shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (fresh or frozen) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper (fresh or frozen) shopping list
How to make it
- Toss it all in a large soup kettle and cover. Bring to boil, turn heat down and summer for 30 minutes tirring occasionally. Remove from hot burner and let it sit for a bit to cool. Eat or package for leftovers.
