How to make it

  • 1.In a saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a simmer over moderately high heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Add the tea bags,cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  • 2.Stir the honey into the tea-infused syrup. Strain the syrup into a clean bottle or jar and refrigerate.
  • MAKE AHEAD The infused syrup can be refrigerated for up to 3 months.
