Peach & Pineapple Sorbet Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine the peaches and orange juice in a food processor, puree until smooth and add the pineapple, puree again until smooth, pour the simple syrup into the peach mixture, blend to combine
  • Pour mixture into an ice cream machine according to manufacturers instructions If you have no ice cream machine then just put in a lidded container and put in freezer, it will just take longer.
  • Simple Syrup - just put water and sugar in saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved then allow to cool before you use in your ice cream.
