Fast,fun,easy Chicken Ranch Flakes

Ingredients
- 1- 6 pieces Boneless skinless chicken Breast shopping list
- 1 packet ranch dressing Powder shopping list
- 1-2 cups sugar free Kellogs Flakes cereal shopping list
- 1-2 eggs shopping list
- A quick small pour of milk shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
- cover baking pan with foil
- Stir milk and eggs together in small bowl
- Put Kellogs non frosted flakes in large ziploc bag and cruch up as small as you want
- pour packet of ranch dressing in bag with flakes
- dip defrosted chicken in egg mix
- place chicken in ranch flake mix and shake to coat
- (if you want a thicker coat dip in egg mix again and then shake again in ranch flake mix)
- Place chicken on foil covered pan and bake for 30- 40 minutes or until fully cooked
- let cool then eat up
