How to make it

  • Chop the Onion finely
  • Chop the tomato and set aside
  • Saute onion in a pan
  • Add the chopped tomato and tomato puree. Stir well
  • Add the rice
  • Pour in the stock a little at a time stiring all the time
  • let the stock be absorbed before adding more
  • Add in the salt, pepper, herbs, and anyother ingredients that you like
  • Remove from heat, add grated cheese, stir through and serve
