Ingredients

How to make it

  • Toss pork with 2T stir fry sauce
  • Cook pork in wok or skillet until browned about 2 min (or use left over pork and just heat it through)
  • Remove to plate
  • Add veggies and stir fry 3 minutes
  • Stir in pineapple juice and remaining stir fry sauce
  • Bring to boil and simmer 3 minutes
  • Add pork and pineapple and heat through
  • Serve over your favorite rice.
