How to make it

  • wash and grate the carrots.add the milk to the carrots and cook in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.after that transfer it in to a pan and cook in a low flame ,add sugar and ghee.mix well and cook till the sugar has dissolved and all the milk has been absorbed.add little salt..Add the slightly crushed cardamoms and the raisins. Mix well.remove from heat and arrange in a serving dish.garnish with nuts.serve hot or cold with vanilla ice cream.
