Flat Pie With Cranberries

Dough
- 1 1/5 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 125g unsalted butter shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 2 tbsp cold water shopping list
Cream
- 300g curd cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar shopping list
- a big handful of cranberries shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all dough products together to make a dough. It has to be not sticky. Put it in a fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll it on floured surface to make it bigger than a standart baking tray.
- Mix curd cream, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread it on the rolled dough.
- Bend the sides and sprinkle with cranberries [other berries work just as good].
- Bake in a preheated oven [180C - 356F] for 35 minutes. If it still hasn't baked, then turn on hot heat function.
