How to make it

  • Pour orange juice on gelatine and set aside.
  • Pour water on sugar, put in lemon and orange peel, lemon juice into a pot. Bring it to boil and let it simmer for ~3 minutes, stirring constantly until sugar melts.
  • Take off the stove, add gelatine and stir until it melts.
  • Use a strainer and strain the mixture so that non of the peels remain.
  • Use a tray of your choice. Line it with food wrap.
  • Pour the prepared mixture in and put it in a fridge until it is completely jellied.
  • When it is jellied, take off the food wrap and put marmalade on a sugared surface.
  • Cut it in the sizes and shapes of your choice and roll them in sugar.
  • Keep in a fridge.
