Quick Banana Ice-cream

- 4-6 well-ripen bananas shopping list
- 20g vanilla sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Peel the bananas and wrap them in food wrap. Leave them in a freezer during the night.
- Before making, take them out and leave at room temperature for ~20 minutes.
- Cut them into pieces, put into food processor, add vanilla sugar and blend until smooth.
- You can put the mixture in a freezer for some more time or just try them at once!
