How to make it

  • Peel the bananas and wrap them in food wrap. Leave them in a freezer during the night.
  • Before making, take them out and leave at room temperature for ~20 minutes.
  • Cut them into pieces, put into food processor, add vanilla sugar and blend until smooth.
  • You can put the mixture in a freezer for some more time or just try them at once!
