- 1 litro de leche shopping list
- 6 huevos shopping list
- 1/4 de kilo de azúcar shopping list
- 1 raja de canela shopping list
- 1 liter milk shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 250 g caster sugar shopping list
- 10 cm cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Se hierve la leche con el azúcar y la canela, se saca del fuego y se deja enfriar. Se le ponen los huevos y se revuelve bien. Se cuela al llenar los recipientes que se ponen a cocinar al baño María por 45 minutos hasta que se dore la parte de encima. Se sacan del horno, se dejan enfriar y se meten al refrigerador para consumirse bien frías.
- Boil milk with sugar and cinnamon, remove from heat and let cool. Eliminate the cinnamon. Add eggs and mix well. Strain to fill containers that are put to cook in a water bath for 45 minutes until browned on top. Remove from the oven, let cool and get into the refrigerator to be consumed chilled.
