How to make it

  • Mix wheat flour with corn flour and milk powder.
  • Mix butter with whipping cream and caster sugar until solid. Gradually add flour mixture. Knead dough.
  • Chop chocolate into 48 pieces.
  • Take 10g of dough, make a little dough ball, flatten it, put a piece of chocolate and make a ball again.
  • Make ears, eyes and noses.
  • Preheat the oven to 155C [311F]. Put doggies on baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes until slightly golden.
  • Let them cool and keep in air-tight container.
