Royal Curd Pie

- 250g margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 3 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
Filling
- 600g curd shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp sour cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp starch shopping list
How to make it
- Shred margarine.
- Mix soda with sour cream, pour over margarine, add flour, cocoa powder, and knead dough. It has to ne not sticky and and possible to shred. Divide dough into 2 parts, wrap with food wrap and put in a fridge for 2 hours.
Filling
- Mash curd using a fine sieve, beat in the eggs, sour cream, sugar, starch and mix everything well.
Baking
- Prepare a baking tray of your choice and line with baking paper.
- Take a shredder and shred one part of the dough in the baking tray.
- Pour curd mixture and shred another part of dough over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven [180C - 356F] for ~50 minutes.
- Dust with caster sugar.
- Take out of the tray only when it's completely cooled.
