How to make it

  • Cook potatoes in their skins
  • When cool enough to handle, slip off skins
  • Mash or use an electric mixer, to combine potatoes with all the remaining ingredients
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Place in casserole dish
  • Reheat in micro or oven
