How to make it

  • Fry the ground beef with a tsp of Olive oil and the garlic...drain and set aside
  • In a pot add the soup, sour cream, ketchup, mushrooms, onion soup mix and cayenne. Then add the ground beef and simmer on low for about 10 minutes
  • While your sauce is simmering put a large pot of water on to boil the egg noodles for about 12 min or to your liking
  • When the noodles are done , drain ...put back in the pot and add the garlic butter. Place noodles on a plate then add the sauce over top and serve with a crusty roll or salad
