How to make it

  • Take the chicken breasts and pull the skin back, do not detach.
  • Rub a thin layer of mayo on the chicken breast.
  • Season it to taste.
  • Pull the skin back up over the breast meat and seasonings.
  • season the skin as you did the meat.
  • Then I sprayed it lightly with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  • I then put it in the fridge.
  • It is to hot here in MO to cook in middle of the day. See Photo
  • This evening I will set the over to 300 and when it is ready I will bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the meat is done.
  • I will post pictures after they are cooked and let you know how it comes out!
