How to make it

  • In a 12 oz. to 16 oz. mug -- pyrex 2 cup measuring cup, spray with the nonstick. I used about 1/2 teaspoon of the British Mixed Spice stirred into the cake mix.
  • The first ingredient is the cake mix. Next combine the applesauce, water and egg liquid. Pour over the cakemix. In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the mug mixture. Into the microwave for 2 minutes. Let cool 1 minute.
  • Tip out and enjoy!
