How to make it

  • in your mixer combine sugar and cream and beat for 2 minutes on medium,
  • add liquer and continue for 2 more minutes and refrigerate\
  • should your icing not be thick add more sugar,i like topping with fruit or nuts of liquer i used ie frangelica, i use crushed hazelnuts
  • these proportions can be doubled for larger cakes
