Cake Icing

- 1/2 oz of your flavored liquer ie:frangelica,ameretto etc shopping list
- 1 oz confection sugar shopping list
- 31/2 oz heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- in your mixer combine sugar and cream and beat for 2 minutes on medium,
- add liquer and continue for 2 more minutes and refrigerate\
- should your icing not be thick add more sugar,i like topping with fruit or nuts of liquer i used ie frangelica, i use crushed hazelnuts
- these proportions can be doubled for larger cakes
