How to make it

  • Heat a large frying pan add the sesame oil
  • Saute the onion until translucent add the chicken and the veggies heat through
  • Take the cold rice and add to the chicken mixture and add the soy sauce, the pepper and garlic, ginger and butter. When all is combined add the beaten eggs (cooked) after cooking (scramble and break up) Serve warm and add a few green onions to the top if desired
