Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

How to make it

  • I wash and dry the seeds, spread them on the cookie sheet, spray them with the olive oil, mix them all up so they are lightly coated.
  • Smooth them out even, then sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Bake at 250 degrees F. until slightly brown.
  • ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
  • If using oil:
  • Wash the seeds well, dry with paper towel, and stir with oil in bowl.
  • Spread out to single layer on a cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle salt on top if desired.
  • Bake at 250 degrees F. until slightly brown.
