How to make it

  • 1. Start by grilling the Portobello mushrooms for about 7 minutes tops
  • 2. Next, toast 5 slices of bread and leave them on the side to cool
  • 3. When the Mushrooms are done, season them with basil
  • 4. Cut up each Mushroom into small chunks and spread them evenly on each slice of toast, do not put too much mushroom on the toast slice as it will be hard to roll
  • 5. Roll up the mushrooms in the toast to form what looks like a cigar
  • 6. Eat immediately after rolling
