How to make it

  • Whisk dijon, balsamic, red pepper flakes and EVOO into a vinaigrette and add to a large zip top bag. Mince/chop shallot, garlic, and parsley and add to the zip top back. Seal bag and shake vigorously. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken to the bag and let marinate for MINIMUM 2 hours.
  • depending on thickness of the chicken, cook about 6-8 minutes per side.
