Blue Boy Burger

Just finished a BBQ for some friends and neighbors. One friend always requests his "blue boy " burger or slider put together with blue cheese and potato salad along with other fixins. I tried it- great. Read more Doesn't matter what order you put things on the burger although blue cheese will melt better when place on the hot burger. See less
Ingredients
- 1 prepared burger ( beef, turkey, chicken etc ) on the grill shopping list
- 1 soft burger bun (whole wheat ones today ) shopping list
- 1-2 Tbs crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 1 lettuce leaf, used Romaine shopping list
- 1 slice of red onion shopping list
- 1 slice of red tomato shopping list
- 1 small scoop of home made potato salad shopping list
- pickle of choice shopping list
- sides: chips and such shopping list
How to make it
- Place a slider or burger on favorite bun smeared with either ketsup or mayonnaise
- Add lettuce
- Add the hot burger
- Add blue cheese so it will melt atop burger
- Add onion, tomato, potato salad
- Spear with a toothpick
- Add pickle
- Serve at once
