- 6 medium potatoes shopping list
- mayonaisse to bind shopping list
- minced red onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or to taste shopping list
- 1, 8 oz container of refrigerated spinach and artichoke dip shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare potatoes by your favorite method.
- While warm enough to handle, dice potatoes
- Add some mayonnaise to bind
- Stir in the blue cheese
- Lastly blend in the spinach artichoke dip
- Salad should be a bit creamy and not dry
- Season if needed with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve either warm or well chilled
