How to make it

  • Fry chicken in skillet with olive oil untill brown. About 4 to 5 min each side
  • Cut onions and celery into very small pieces peel and slice apple removing core and seeds.
  • Put chicken in food processor and chop until desired consistency
  • add rest of ingredients and blend until mixed well.
  • Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Serve on bread, toast, or your favorite crackers.
