How to make it

  • Cream butter and flour over medium high heat.
  • Slowly add 1/4 cup broth at a time. Turn heat down to medium.
  • Continue until all broth is used and continue cooking until thick.
  • Turn heat off.
  • Add eggs and giblets and serve over turkey, chicken or stuffing.
