I just had my first taste of tomato jam in October and was quite pleasently suprised at how it tasted. ( I guess I thought it would taste a little like tomato soup :) haha). Well, anyway I have been trying to find ways to incorporate that taste. BTW, do you have a tomato jam recipe?
