How to make it

  • Make two kinds of poultry salads:
  • one sweetened by the cranberry sauce or relish and one savory with the shopped cilantro
  • Add desired amount of finely chopped onion and celery to each salad
  • Bind with mayonnaise
  • Stir in the cranberry sauce/relish to one and the chopped cilantro into the other salad
  • Season taste
  • Place salads on a platter along with sliced cold stuffing and bread or rolls
  • Serve along with fresh sliced fruit such as c antelope for a great brunch, lunch or dinner sandwich
