Turkey Salad Stuffing Sandwiches

Whether its leftover roast chicken or turkey , stuffing and cranberry sauce or relish, the combo make a wonderful lunch sandwich. Serve with sliced fresh fruit for a wonderful meal!
Ingredients
- Leftover roast turkey or chicken shopping list
- chopped red or white onion shopping list
- chopped fine celery shopping list
- chopped cilantro shopping list
- mayonnaise to bind shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Leftover cold stuffing sliced shopping list
- leftover cranberry sauce or relish shopping list
- croissants, rolls, bread etc. shopping list
How to make it
- Make two kinds of poultry salads:
- one sweetened by the cranberry sauce or relish and one savory with the shopped cilantro
- Add desired amount of finely chopped onion and celery to each salad
- Bind with mayonnaise
- Stir in the cranberry sauce/relish to one and the chopped cilantro into the other salad
- Season taste
- Place salads on a platter along with sliced cold stuffing and bread or rolls
- Serve along with fresh sliced fruit such as c antelope for a great brunch, lunch or dinner sandwich
