How to make it

  • 1. In a large pot add water and the cans of diced tomatoes with liquids and set to medium high.
  • 2. Proceed to add the remaining ingredients as they are prepped.
  • 3. Stir occasionally and wait for the chili to simmer (bubble but not a boil).
  • 4. Reduce to low and cover. Simmer for 1 hours stirring occasionally. Cook uncovered for 1/2 hour or to desired thickness.
