Cornbread with a twist

- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup enriched corn meal shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Grease an 8 or 9 inch baking pan
- Combine all of the dry ingredients
- stir in the milk, oil, vanilla and egg
- Pour the batter into the pan
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out cleanly
