Dusty's Holiday Corn Mush

My daughter Dusty makes this for all of our family events. We just celebrated our Yuletide, and she let me make it so I got the recipe. I want to share it out here with all of you because it is just the best corn muffin type recipe ever!
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, 8.5 ounces shopping list
- 1 can whole corn, drained shopping list
- 1 can creamed corn shopping list
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of the ingredients together well.
- Pour mixture into an 8 by 12 inch greased (we sprayed it with olive oil spray) cake pan.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown on top.
- Great warm or cold.

- I have already decided to alter this recipe for me personally.
- I think this is a great recipe but the ideas that flashed through my head as I was making it were to good to not try!
- Add one or all:
- Cheese
- Jalapenos
- sea salt, just a touch
- Chopped Onions
- Garlic
- Green Onions
- Italian Seasoning
- a package of Ranch Dressing Mix
- a package of Italian Dressing Mix
