Breakfast Souffle

- 6-8 slices white bread; a crusty french loaf works well shopping list
- 2 cups grated cheese (I use a bag of shredded aged cheddar) shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard or prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Spread 1 cup of cheese over bottom of (7 1/2 x 12 inch) baking dish
- Cover cheese with bread slices so they just fit
- Sprinkle rest of cheese over bread
- Beat eggs. Add milk, mustard, salt and paprika. Mix and pour over bread
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- In the morning take off the cover and bake in a preheated oven, 325, for 45 minutes
