Ingredients

How to make it

  • Spread 1 cup of cheese over bottom of (7 1/2 x 12 inch) baking dish
  • Cover cheese with bread slices so they just fit
  • Sprinkle rest of cheese over bread
  • Beat eggs. Add milk, mustard, salt and paprika. Mix and pour over bread
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight
  • In the morning take off the cover and bake in a preheated oven, 325, for 45 minutes
