How to make it

  • place the couscous in a medium bowl
  • add the raisins, paprika and pinch of salt
  • toss well
  • add the know of butter on top
  • pour enough boiling water to slightly cover the coucous
  • cover with a large plate and set aside
  • after ten minutes the coucous would be fluffy
  • using a fork, fluff up the couscous
  • serve warm
