How to make it

  • For the Rolade

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together, adding the crab meat last.
  • 2. Butterfly salmon fillet, fill, then roll in plastic wrap
  • 3. Put in freezer for 10-15 minutes, unwrap and slice into pinwheels
  • 4. Bake or broil it
  • For the Sauce

  • For the sauce, mix fresh dill with a plain yogurt and/or sour cream base, add lemon to taste. Then serve.
