- salmon fillet shopping list
- 1 lb Lump crab Meat shopping list
- 1 spoon mayonaise shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- salt shopping list
- Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- lemon juice to taste shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
For the Rolade
- 1. Mix all ingredients together, adding the crab meat last.
- 2. Butterfly salmon fillet, fill, then roll in plastic wrap
- 3. Put in freezer for 10-15 minutes, unwrap and slice into pinwheels
- 4. Bake or broil it
For the Sauce
- For the sauce, mix fresh dill with a plain yogurt and/or sour cream base, add lemon to taste. Then serve.
